Pearlwort Hotel

The beds were comfortable and the staff really friendly. i met Jubril at the reception and he was very cordial. Room service was quick and the breakfast was very delicious with lots of options

Location is a bit far and the WiFi was not the best. My TV was blurry and the room had a little of our which faded with time. Also the restaurant menu was limited

The bathroom is exceptionally clean. Love it

I had to call for my room to be cleaned as it wasnt on the cleaning list because i booked with booking.com.

The room was very nice. The bed was really soft and the general ambience was very homely

The hotel under maintenance ! I have to wake up at 7 am in the morning because the workers they banging the floor super noisy so I have called to complain still they continue working ! I decided to work up go for my breakfast because I can’t sleep anymore ?

I have stayed at Pearlwort Hotel a number of times, and I always enjoy the comfort of the room.The bed is really comfortable.

Breakfast was very average. The quality of the food has really gone down since the last time I was there. Not enough variety also.

The buffet style breakfast was rich with a variety of options and tasty too. However there was no option of chocolate beverage suitable for non coffee or tea drinkers.The location is good as it is close to a shopping mall and easily accessible.

The restaurant staff still need a bit more training. The reception staff are better trained and professional in behavior.

the food was great, that’s my highest point the staffs are friendly and courteous I loved the spa too (Aunt Eno at the spa is a great masseuse.

the bathroom should have glass doors and the room fridge aren’t working at optimum.

The lobby and the restaurant look neat and give the impression that it is a nice hotel.

This place is horrible.1. I got there and I had forgotten my card at home. The staff on the desk called Jonathan said I can transfer to his personal account, but it would charge me. This is corrupt.2. After being given my room, I went there but after 90 mins I noticed the AC was not working and that there were bloodstains on the pillows and sheets. I called about the sheets but no one came. As I was popping out for a couple hours, I hand them back the key and told them about the AC and the sheets.3. I came back and Jonathan had told me my room had been sorted. Upon returning to the room, the AC is still not cold, not only that, there was a huge flood at the door. There were ants running across the ceiling by the kettle area and one of the pillows still had a stain on it.4. I called Jonathan and he said maintenance would come and have a look. I insisted this was way past a maintenance issue, and that I would need another room, he said maintenance is coming. Once maintenance came, I told him there was no way I could stay in this room, he also agreed as the water was crazy. It was coming from the ceiling and had drenched the floor. I called Jonathan again asking for another room, he lied and said it was "fully booked". I knew this was a lie, it was a Wednesday with no special event on. The maintenance guy then said he would use his master key to show the a room opposite to see if it is ok. It was, so I moved there.5. This room also had stains on the sheets. Stains on the ceiling on the chairs. It was horrible. The place actually gave me a mental breakdown. It was only a nice member of staff I believe a female called "TemiTope", that promised me she would call someone to change the sheets and she actually did, baring in mind it still took over an hour.6. The wifi was not working, you get one bottle of water and pay for any subsequent bottles, and this place is downright horrible. I sincerely regret booking a stay here.

I had only breakfast at the hotel as other meals were provided by the work environment. The quantity of the breakfast was sufficient and well presented.

the nuts provided were placed on ice and so they were mushy. The variety of the fruits was insufficient. The stewards could have brought the water and coffee to our tables rather than making us go the bar stand to collect these items ourselves

The small dinning table in the room was bad and I didn’t know. I placed my cup of smoothie on it and it spilled. I asked for a replacement and the female front desk officer on duty was rude to me and she never got back to me like she said.. The spilled smoothie was cleaned and table replaced. I never got a replacement though.

Entrance Parking is ok

Room has no towel beware and not very clean. Staff customer service very bad, the buffet food is very cold I regret staying at this hotel as this things could have been addressed but the management do not properly check the services provided. I think the staffs is letting down the hotel or the management only care about the money.

The Gym not well equipped

Breakfast was excellent, room very clean but the bathroom had water leak and it needs to be attended to.

The hotel is overrated.. Bedsheets are unlikely to be changed throughout your stay... And you need to be careful when using their towels because you are likely going to pay for a new one if it gets soiled.

The location is good.

The place had more broken and spoilt facilities, than the last time I was there. I was always disturbed by a staff. Telephone didn't work. Towels looked dirty. Place was not properly cleaned, mirrors not cleaned. I got there 12noon and waited 2 hours with others to get checked in. For breakfast, I greeted a staff but she just ignored me, until I went to the bar and told 2 staff talking to themselves that on one attended to me.

The staff failed to attend to my complaints,the room smelt very damp,there was no clean towel.The corridor door leading to the rooms had gone bad and needed a fix
